The event brought together experts, academics, businessmen and professionals from the agri-food sector, as well as students from different universities such as the Polytechnic University of Guanajuato who met to discuss and share knowledge about the latest trends, research and best practices related to safety and quality. . of food.
The symposium opened with a welcome speech by President MVZ. Carlos Muñoz Salcedo, highlighting the importance of this meeting for the sustainable development of the food industry in the region.
